Mr. Phil Harris, very hateful and unhelpful. We purchased a log home that was a new build but had been abandoned a few months. We needed just a few feet to finish the log house and we tried working with this company to help us. Very rude, told us he didn't care if he helped us or not. Very disappointing to be treated this way when we just needed to purchase a few logs. Don't go to this company if you are looking for professional help.
I logged onto their homepage to look at their pavilions and noted that they have a new comment section. They did a timber frame (hybrid) addition for us a little over a year ago and they are a wonderful bunch to work with. They are truly excellent. From the initial design work with Phil to the installation; the crew was topnotch and a pleasure to have around. After the job was completed my wife said she was really sorry to see them go. Ask Tom or Phil to show you the before and after pictures of the Kentucky Lake house - we couldn't be happier with the result.
