My experience is with the night shift... after 3:00pm. Service was extremely slow. Now, i do not mind waiting as long as i get fresh food, but after waiting almost 20 minutes, we got lukewarm, borderline cold food. I asked if we could get better fries and the person, which i assume was the night shift manager, said she would do so. We waited an additional 10 or 15 minutes more while it seemed as if everyone in the building was having a jolly old time. We had to remind the assumed manager and she had someone bring us more fries. After checking these new fries, cold. I gave up and headed home. No apology, no thank you. Poor, poor service.
Ask for burger with ketchup and mayo only, instead it had mayo and mustard only. My fries were only half full which would have been ok, except they were colder than my ice tea. The person taking the order interrupted every time I spoke, if she would listen maybe my order would have been right. The carhop that brought the order was very nice and friendly.
On a road trip from Ohio to Texas and back. Stopped at 2 different Sonics. They are fairly consistent with good, hot food and mostly friendly wait staff.
Great Sonic with excellent service.... Faster than most that don't have a drive through!
I usually stop for breakfast. They are fast and friendly. I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes and the food is good
