Little bit of a hike to get to it, but most definitely worth it. Pretty unique waterfall. Could be a nice place to swim, but not recommended because of the amount of broken glass and other materials in the water that are unseen.
This was a reasonable drive out of Nashville. Beautiful forest, lovely river. I got mixed signals as to if swimming was allowed. I checked the official state park web site just before I left and it said swimming was permitted, but there was a big sign that said no swimming.
